James T. Ashack

Mr. Ashack's approach to the practice of law is to combine a deep understanding of current legal authority with a practical, cost-effective approach to meeting his clients' needs. Having nearly 35+ years of experience in the legal arena has given Mr. Ashack a depth of insight in determining the best and most cost-efficient strategies for meeting or exceeding his client's objectives. Mr. Ashack believes that communication is of utmost importance, and he promotes an open dialogue with his clients.

Mr. Ashack graduated from both college and law school with honors. After law school, he obtained an additional legal degree, a Master of Laws in Taxation, and has completed a series of legal courses in advanced estate planning.

A continued practice of Mr. Ashack is the representation of community and mid-sized financial institutions. His areas of practice also include business and financial transactions, as well as estate planning for individuals from all walks of life. He welcomes the opportunity to act as your legal counsel.

Mary Alice Kenny | Of Counsel

Ms. Kenny is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law and has been practicing in Illinois since 1988. She concentrates her practice in Real Estate and Estate Planning. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at Loyola University College of Law and continues to serve on an advisory board at Loyola. She also has a Master's degree from Rosary College, now Dominican University, and is named in several Who's Who publications. Ms. Kenny's approach to the practice of law is collaborative in nature, with a high emphasis on communication and working together to solve legal problems in the most cost-effective manner.
